Music & Sound
Alongside visual art I also work in the mediums of music and sound creating experimental and ambient works which take inspiration directly from the landscape, nature and the people, culture and history connected to it.
I make field recordings from the environment and use these as a basis to create soundscape and musical compositions.
Waterland
Waterland is a forthcoming album that has been in development for a number of years. Focusing on the fenland landscape this ambient music project brings moments of peaceful meditation alongside tension and drama to create an immersive experience.
Utilising my own field recordings and both electronic and acoustic instruments, Waterland is a love letter the landscape in which I live.
